In addition, it is possible to lay out the probes horizontal or vertical and measure with one or more measuring probes simultaneously. Thereby it is not of importance how far the distance is between the measuring lines.

The brackets of the work pieces are fastened in a slot. The integrated connection to the vacuum on the plate allows in a simple way, especially when doing serial production, to connect the test piece to the vacuum. This makes PROFILE-scan an indispensable test device for the individual or serial measuring in the Q.A.

The straightness measurement values apply to a theoretical line. Straightness vertical: in the middle of the clamping device / straightness horizontal: approx. 40 mm centrally above the clamping surface.
